He dismissed reports pointing out Firoz Nadiadwala holds IPR rights to the Hera Pheri franchise and shared, “Akshay offered the complete rights of the Hera Pheri franchise for Rs 10 crore from Firoz Nadiadwala, who had produced the first  (parts). This is not just for Hera Pheri 3, however the complete franchise. I recognise this as I even have seen the office work for it,” he said. The filmmaker in addition introduced that Akshay Kumar has shown him the settlement, consisting of the intellectual belongings rights that the actor purchased from Nadiadwala.
