Kangana Ranaut's own guardian has arrived in pained waters as an argument was documented against him a week ago. According to different media reports, Mumbai's DN Nagar Police headquarters documented a report against a man named Kumar Hegde under Areas 376 and 377 of the Indian Reformatory Code (IPC).
