Today’s episode begins with Rohit conserving her child. He asks the health practitioner whilst Ruhi will regain focus. The health practitioner informs him that she has hit her head, so it's going to take the time. He hears Armaan crying and rushes to consolation him. Armaan says he won’t be capable of face Abhira as she can’t deal with the loss of BSP.Rohit asks Armaan no longer to cover his tears, however the latter says that he desires to be glad for his brother’s happiness as it's far the best day of his existence. Armaan says that at the day in their marriage, Vidya cursed Armaan and Abhira that they wouldn’t be happy collectively, and perhaps it cursed their happiness. Rohit receives a call from Vidya, but he doesn’t receive it. Armaan breaks down.

Ruhi slips into coma

At home, Madhav and Vidya present every different brooch with Dada and Dadi written on them. Madhav says this is the first time their mind matched and he's hopeful that nothing terrible will manifest to their children. Vidya cries holding Madhav. 

Armaan and Rohit learn that Ruhi has slipped into coma. Both of them are greatly surprised. At home, the cousins– Kiara, Charu, Aaryan and Krish speak about Krish’s adolescence. They communicate about holding Abhira and Ruhi’s infants. Kaveri makes a decision to cover the fact about one baby surviving from the circle of relatives.Rohit regrets leaving Ruhi on my own. Armaan consoles him while the nurse informs him that Abhira has regained consciousness. Manish sees Ruhi and Abhira’s image. He senses something terrible has happened and leaves for the hospital.

Rohit gives his child to Abhir

Abhira asks Armaan approximately BSP. She asks him to deliver BSP to her and bombards him with questions about the infant. Armaan remains silentt. Rohit comes there with his child and offers it to Abhira. He says that is her little BSP. Abhira receives excited and compares his facial capabilities with Armaan's. Rohit smiles.

Armaan tries to inform the fact, but Rohit takes him away. He tells Armaan that his infant wishes a mother as he cannot boost the toddler by myself and Abhira desires her baby. He asks Armaan to take the child as their personal. Armaan says he can't wreck Abhira’s heart two times, he will cope with Rohit’s baby like his personal however he's going to inform the reality to Abhira.Manish, Swarna and Vidya see Rohit and Armaan engaged in deep verbal exchange. Swarna takes him away. 

Armaan asks Abhira to give the toddler lower back to Rohit. She says she could happily permit the toddler’s uncle keep him. Armaan says the toddler is not theirs. Abhira is shocked.
